Return And Exchange


We are happy to exchange or credit any item which does not fit or if the garment is deemed faulty as faulty within 21 days of the purchase date on the original receipt. The item must be unworn, unsoiled, in the same packaging as sent and with labels still attached. We do not refund postage for exchange of items. Please indicate if you would be happy with an exchange for another item, size or colour or a credit which may be used at a later date. No additional postage applies for exchanges that are sent out. Goods may be returned to the address below with prior notice. Please contact our customer service department details below. When sending goods back please include the following details:

Reason for return

  • Items you wish to have sent as an exchange or credit
  • Your contact details should there be any querie regarding your return
  • Your full name and shipping address for exchanges
  • Please note we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us so please choose a delivery method that can be tracked such as registered post. We suggest you take out insurance depending on the value of your return and please keep all documentation in case you need to make a claim should your parcel no arrive.
